Energy Star and LEED Assessments

EnergyStar is one of the most recognized and highly leveraged benchmarks for energy use. Schneider Electric provides consulting services to help customers determine their EnergyStar score, understand its meaning and impact, and form a plan for raising it as high as possible.

Schneider Electric, as an Energy Star Service and Product Provider, assists clients in fully leveraging the tools and resources available to them through EPA’s Energy Star program. Many of our clients have hundreds, even thousands of facilities, so Schneider Electric’s expertise with collecting data across a large number of facilities becomes essential when attempting to implement enterprise-wide Energy Star programs.

LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a third-party voluntary certification program and the nationally excepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings in the United States. LEED provides building owners and operators with the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings.

Schneider Electric’s LEED Certification offers a turnkey consulting solution to provide a site visit, gap analysis, detailed action plan, and third party submittals on the customers’ behalf so that they can achieve LEED certification for their site. Many companies, including ours, are developing corporate policies that mandate offices and new construction to be LEED certified, making it a growing market.
